A : We are an authorised dealer for every brand and we buy all our products straight from the manufacturers. We are SensaStyle, it’s our relationships with our manufacturers that means we are able to bring you the best in the sunglasses industry.

Q : IS PAYMENT SECURE?

A : Very secure. All your details are encrypted using the best SSL 256-bit security encryption at every stage of your order. Furthermore we won’t see any of your card details so you can rest assured that when you enter these it is not shared with anyone. Not even us. Check for the https:// in the web browser and look for the locked padlock symbol alongside the web page address. You can shop with confidence.

Q : WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ACCIDENTALLY CHOSE EXTRA COLOURS OR LESSER COLOURS?

A : Don't worry, please write an email to us stating which colour you want to REMOVE OR ADD. If there is no response from you, we will randomly pick the best colour that suits.

Q : HOW DO I KNOW IF THE SUNGLASSES ARE IN STOCK?

A : Our website will show that the sunglasses you want are in stock and ready to be sent. If an item is out of stock you will be alerted on screen before you place your order.

Q : WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

A : We ship Nation-Wide throughout West & East Malaysia 🇲🇾. International shipment can be done. Please write an email to us.

Q : IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

A : Your information is kept private and we don't have access to any payment information except for the order value and addresses you enter when ordering.

Q : WILL I BE FULLY REFUNDED?

A : Yes. We don't charge a restocking fee. And we don't charge for any delivery costs in getting the sunglasses to you if you do decide to return them. WE only ask that they are returned in the same condition they were sent to you. Please notify us within 24hrs via email & snap some pictures for proof and attach the files in the email. Your refund should show in your account within seven working days.

A : As soon as we receive your return we’ll send you an email.

Q :DO YOU INSPECT PRODUCTS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED?

We always check all our sunglasses before they leave. Our staff check the lenses, hinges, nose pads and absolutely everything to make sure they are in perfect condition before leaving us.

Q : I WANT SUNGLASSES FOR SOMEONE ELSE. WHAT SHOULD I CHOOSE?

A : Sunglasses make a great gift and our free delivery, means buying for someone else is risk- free. Simply add to cart the selected products and fill in the address where you want it to be shipped to. Our packaging does look like a Gift itself.
